Fp&a Analyst / Senior Analyst

Job Description
This role is responsible to prepare, analyze, and interpret key financial and non-financial data using Business Intelligence tools.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Business Intelligence tools to analyze financial and non-financial data, perform variance analysis, and propose reporting improvements.
- Collaboration: Partner with Finance teams, business partners, and the Regional Operations Director to enhance business reporting and support shared goals.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing quarterly forecasts and the annual budget
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, commercial finance, business analysis, or related financial roles. Experience in Shared Services or regional roles is advantageous.
- Candidates with a background in General Ledger (GL) who have experience in variance analysis and are keen to join the FP&A team are encouraged to apply.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus as you will be taking care of China or Hong Kong market.
