Fragrance Sales Associate

We are recruiting for Sales Associate at Counter I-Scent , The Store Kulim

Role Overview:

As a Sales Associate for I-Scent, you will embody passion for fragrances, creativity, authenticity, and attention to detail. Your primary responsibility will be to drive fragrance sales, achieve sales targets, and deliver a personalized luxury experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Expertly promote and sell I-Scent products.

Inspire customers with your in-depth fragrance knowledge.

Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets set by your Supervisor.

Understand and effectively meet Key Product Indicators (KPIs).

Service:

Offer tailored product recommendations while confidently addressing customer concerns. Demonstrate products and highlight their unique benefits.

Build personal relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.

Educate clients about I-Scent products and the brand's vision.

General:

Manage and present merchandise in accordance with I-Scent guidelines.

Monitor stock levels and promptly report issues.

Perform operational and administrative duties as required.

Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.

Represent the brand with professionalism and elegance at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

Proficiency in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is an added advantage.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for fragrances and luxury products.

Well-groomed and professional appearance.
