- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a franchise, sales or account management role.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree.
- Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of franchise business models and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with franchise partners.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Familiarity with the Malaysian food and beverage industry, particularly in the franchise landscape.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to existing franchise partners to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Identifying new franchise opportunities and liaising with prospective partners to facilitate the franchise application and onboarding process.
- Monitoring franchise performance and implementing strategies to drive operational and financial improvements.
- Coordinating franchise-related training, marketing and operational initiatives to ensure brand consistency.
- Preparing reports and analysis to track franchise network growth and profitability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any franchise-related issues or challenges.
