Experience in franchise development, sales, or operations management is advantageous.
• Language required : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Franchise managers need strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide franchisees while maintaining brand standards.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Franchise managers must effectively communicate with franchise owners, corporate executives, and team members.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis is important. Franchise managers often oversee financial performance and profitability.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them efficiently is crucial. Franchise managers must handle various challenges that arise within the franchise network.
• Marketing and Sales Knowledge: Knowledge of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer service principles is beneficial for promoting the franchise and supporting franchisees.

• Financial Oversight: Monitoring financial performance, analyzing P&L statements, and working with franchisees to develop strategies for increasing profitability.
• Business Development: Identifying growth opportunities, assessing potential new franchise locations, and assisting franchisees in expanding their operations.
• Conflict Resolution: Addressing conflicts and disputes between franchisees and the franchisor, seeking resolutions that align with the brand\'s interests.
• Training and Development: Organizing training programs and workshops for franchisees and their staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for market expansion.
• Brand Promotion: Collaborating with franchisees on local marketing initiatives to promote the brand within their respective markets.
• Reporting: Providing regular reports and updates to the franchisor on the performance and status of franchise units.
