Job Responsibilities : The Fraud Analyst is responsible to attend and analyze any suspected fraudulent transactions which triggered in the monitoring system. The alerts to be attended and investigated at the timely manner to detect and mitigate fraud at early stage. RMS - OFFLINE RELOADS Transaction Monitoring (MY & PH) Monitor and review RMS OFFLINE Daily Transaction Monitoring (T+1) Monitor and review Pending RMS OFFLINE Transaction Monitoring (Sat, Sun & PH) Investigate RMS OFFLINE suspicious merchant\'s transaction(s) Review and investigate Inactive merchant activity and report to Manager if any for further action Update Suspicious Merchant Monitoring Registry Log on cases investigated Update PIN Refund/Dispute Log from merchant and report to L2 is any suspicious pattern spotted Update Daily merchant monitoring volume in tracker RMS - ONLINE Transaction Merchant Monitor and review RMS ONLINE Daily Transaction Monitoring (Live case 9am to 5pm Business Day) Monitor and review Pending RMS ONLINE Transaction Monitoring (5pm till 11:59pm Mon-Fri & Sat, Sun & PH) Email RMS OPS Team for any suspicious merchant transaction for Blacklisting and verification with merchant and Card Issuer. Update Daily merchant monitoring volume in tracker Update Pending Tracker for the suspicious transactions Administration Task Back-up Manager whenever required to attend incoming email from stakeholders, other business unit and enforcement in timely manner and within SLA. Production Order Chargeback email ORACE Tickets L1 investigation as required by Manager Assist in preparing monthly reports Assist in completing RCSA. Assist in submitting KRI. Pre-Requisites : Diploma/Degree Holder. Preferable candidate from Financial Institution/ Banking sector. Excellent team player, results-oriented and able to communicate effectively at all levels. Able to work under pressure and cope with strict timelines. Good analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision and is a team player Enthusiastic, flexible, and able to demonstrate initiative to take up challenges as well as varied roles Successful candidate will be based in I-City, Shah Alam, Selangor DE Are you game
