About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Freelance Crypto Community Manager to help us grow and engage our online community. You'll be the bridge between the project and our community members -- fostering trust, driving engagement, and maintaining a positive environment across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and moderate the project's online communities (Discord, Telegram, X/Twitter, Reddit, etc.).
Engage daily with members -- answer questions, spark discussions, and provide updates.
Create and schedule community announcements, educational posts, and engagement activities.
Organize interactive campaigns such as giveaways, AMAs, or challenges.
Report community feedback, trends, and engagement metrics to the core team.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a community manager or moderator in the crypto / Web3 / NFTindustry.
Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, DeFi, or NFT ecosystems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Experience using community management tools (Discord bots, Telegram bots, scheduling tools, etc.).

Nice to Have:

Content creation skills (graphics, short-form videos, or threads).
Experience hosting or moderating live AMAs.
Familiarity with community growth analytics.

Pay: Up to RM8,450.00 per month
