- Find possible applicants by consulting a variety of sources.
- Develop your research skills.
- Establish excellent communication with candidates.
- Arrange interviews and monitor the candidates.
- Develop your negotiating and objection-handling skills with candidates.
- In order to help prospects land a job, edit their resumes and provide coaching.
- Must be able to speak good English
- Have a laptop and strong internet connection
- Must be willing to accept a commission-based job
