Location : Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah
Job Responsibilities :
2.1 Build and maintain close & cordial rapport with key customer and ensure customer's queries and requests are attended to without delay.
2.2 Communicate and interact effectively with internal departments (airfreight, ocean freight, TMG, CMSD) and other supporting departments in ensuring smooth operations for key customer
2.3 Communicate effectively with DBS network offices, attending any issues in relation to shipments for both air & ocean.
2.4 Coordinate, monitor and update key customer for all incoming shipments from booking until delivery of the shipments to customer site.
2.5 Attend to any customer complaints and all customer service & operations related issues including daily problems & overall customer service daily job functions.
2.6 To establish and maintain good rapport with all parties (carriers, vendors, warehouse operations & Port) when needed and liaise with to ensure continuous supports and co-operations.
2.7 To attend & conduct any investigation with the team on any complaint/incident & prepare the Corrective Action
2.8 To attend meetings with customer on need basis
2.9 To ensure proper assignment & delegation of jobs within the team.
2.10 Monitor on billing & costing to ensure correct billing generated to customer
2.11 Prepare KPI & Monthly Operation Report from time to time\
2.12 To execute on the procedures, policies and quality systems as implemented by the Management
2.13 To ensure all process and activities compliance with SOP Support Role and Responsibility
2.14 Accept any other job responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior
Requirements:
3.1 STPM/Diploma/Degree
3.2 Minimum three (3) year's work experiences in the logistics & transportation industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3.3 Knowledge of Customer Service & Operation of airfreight, oceanfreight and land transport
3.4 Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3.5 Service oriented good interpersonal and communication skills.
3.6 Preferably Malaysian citizen.
