RoleDuties & Responsibilities1. To key in new SKUs into system according to what team provides. 2. Updating item cost/price whenever there are adjustments 3. To test and set promotions in system for monthly promotions, weekly flash deals and new store promotions and assist manager. 4. Blast out planograms to all stores, and checking store displays. 5. Data entry and record keeping. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for item master and supplier master. 6. Weekly/Monthly data compilation especially on promotion results, sales results. 7. Work closely with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. 8. Issue SO/DO/PO/PR accordingly. 9. Issuing of adhoc POs & arrange any top management requests from time to time. 10. Issue memo to stores. 11. Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior from time to time. Job RequirementsMust have: 1. Min 2-3 year(s) of working experience in retail/ CVS / FMCG / food service industry 2. Admin role or other relevant F&B Operations background can be considered 3. Requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively
