  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting / Business administration will eb added advantage
  • Good time management, strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer literate, proficiency in Ms Office
  • Fresh graduated are welcomed to apply
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist in maintaining office environment, ordering office supplies, groceries and updating inventory
  • Assist in coordinating with SG Office relating to the delivery, installation and recording of in-store display materials and collaterals
  • Assist in air ticket, accommodation booking for business trip purpose.
  • Assist in maintaining proper filing system of all administrative and financial transactions, documents and suppliers' information
  • Assist in the compilation of accurate data for submission to SG office monthly reporting
  • Assist with dispatch and courier of documents and parcels
  • Any other administrative functions as assigned
