Job Responsibility Welcome & Greeting customers. Attend service enquiry from customers or clients call. Answering phone calls to arranging appointment for guest and answering general inquiries. Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, SPA Rooms and outlet overall. Monitor outlets supplies/stocks and equipment usage level and balance. Perform Cashier function. Monitor staff comply with SOP and other customer service Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good communication skill, spoken & written. Multilingual ability preferred, Cantonese as an added advantage Enjoys to create memorable experiences for our guests with outstanding service and hospitality.
