Supervise daily front office operations
Lead and train front desk staff
Handle guest check-in, check-out, and reservations
Manage guest feedback, complaints, and special requests
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Prepare reports, duty rosters, and cash/shift summaries
Maintain front office standards and SOPs
Requirements:
Preferably
Malay male or female
Minimum 1-2 years experience in front office / hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Proficient in Bahasa Melayu & English
Knowledge of hotel PMS/front office systems is an advantage
