Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Train, supervise, and schedule staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Support promotions and upselling efforts.
Prepare and submit operational reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Staff meals and hostel are provided.

Pay: Up to RM2,600.00 per month
