Job Summary
The Front Manager oversees all front-of-house operations in the factory cafeteria, ensuring smooth service flow, customer satisfaction, staff supervision, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily front-of-house operations including service counters, cashiering, and beverage stations.
Supervise service crew, cashiers, and drink masters.
Ensure efficient customer flow during peak meal hours.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Coordinate closely with the Head Chef on meal readiness and service timing.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of dining and service areas.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Prepare basic operational and service reports when required.
Requirements
3-5 years experience in cafeteria, catering, or food service operations.
Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to work shifts and peak-hour operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
