- Minimum SPM or relevant Foods and Beverage experience in an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Friendly, well-groomed and discipline.
- Fit to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Must have a valid typhoid vaccination and food handling certificate.
- Interested in long-term employment
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Handle cash and POS system transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness in the customer area and counter.
- Address customer complaints efficiently and politely.
- Work as a team to provide the best customer experience.B
