Position: Front of House (Service Crew)
Location: Seapark
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable FOH staff to join our Japanese izakaya team. If you enjoy talking to people, working in a fast-paced environment, and learning about Japanese food & drinks, this is for you.
Responsibilities
Welcome and seat customers with good hospitality
Take orders accurately (training provided)
Serve food & drinks according to service standards
Clear tables and reset for next guests
Handle bill payments and basic POS operations
Maintain cleanliness of dining area
Assist with drink preparation (highballs, tea, simple mixes)
Communicate closely with kitchen and bar for smooth service
Follow safety, hygiene, and service SOP
Requirements
FOH/service experience or basic hospitality certification preferred
Food Handler Certificate is a plus (can get after joining)
Friendly personality & positive attitude
Good communication skills
Able to work nights, weekends, and PH
Team player, fast learner, reliable
Working Hours
5.5 days per week
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: RM 2200 - RM 2600
