Conduct check-in and check-out process efficiently using the hotel system.
Assist guest with request and inquiries.
Anticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to enhance their overall experience.
Maintain high standards of grooming while on duty.
Handle room assignments, key issuance, and payment procedures accurately.
Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences in the system.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for room readiness and service recovery.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of front desk or guest service experience preferred.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
Energetic, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for people and service.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
