Handle walk-in at reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, clear direction and address them appropriately.
Operate front desk and cashier duties such as receiving and processing payments, preparing daily cash settlement and bank deposit.
Issue Invoice & DO for own collection customer.
Assist and respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries, complaints, issues and ensure distribution is made to the right recipient
Exercise daily operation tasks assigned by the Superior.
Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or Diploma holder.
At least 1 year relevant work experience.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Good working ethic, willing to learn, positive attitude and lots of initiative
Able to work in a team as well as independently
Candidate who is able to start immediately will be an added advantage
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Working Days: Weekend only (Saturdays and Sundays)
Working Hours: 9.30am - 7.00pm (With 1hour lunch)
Working Location: Recafi Furniture KL Branch, Petaling Jaya, 46100, Selangor.
