\xe2\x80\xa2 Performing all check-in and check-out tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing online and phone reservations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Informing customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay). \xe2\x80\xa2 Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to clients\xe2\x80\x99 complaints in a timely and professional manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
