We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team. The Front Office Associate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The role involves handling a range of administrative and office tasks, supporting the smooth operation of the front desk, and assisting with general office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a positive and helpful attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supplies inventory.
Handle office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and copiers.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of visitor logs and other necessary reports.
Assist with various office support tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
