The Bellman is responsible for providing a warm welcome and assisting guests with their luggage, transportation needs, and general inquiries. This role plays an important part in creating a positive first and last impression of the hotel. The Bellman ensures smooth arrival and departure experiences, maintains cleanliness in the lobby and entrance areas, and supports Front Office operations by offering prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an added advantage.
Ability to carry and manage luggage safely and efficiently.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with local attractions, transportation options, and hotel services.
