Job Description

1. Reception & Customer Service



Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are attended to promptly. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a courteous manner. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist visitors in signing in/out and direct them to the appropriate departments.

2. Administrative Support



Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Prepare, update, and maintain office records, documents, and databases. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Support HR, Admin, and other departments with general administrative tasks.

3. Office Coordination



Monitor and order office supplies when necessary. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management. Ensure office equipment such as printers, telephones, and photocopiers are functioning properly.

4. Customer and Staff Assistance



Provide information and assistance to clients, employees, and guests. Handle basic inquiries and resolve issues promptly or refer to the appropriate personnel. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and activities when required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
