Candidate must possess SPM/Diploma in any fields or related.
Experience in Clerical & Administrative work will be an added advantage

Responsibilities and Duties
Welcome and greet visitors
Provide effective and prompt services to all front office enquiries
Answer and screen incoming calls, transferring to the correct person and delivering messages promptly by email
Coordinate the daily schedule of the meeting rooms
Manage appointments and venue reservations
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy
Sort and distribute email
Any other assigned from time to time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
