Job Requirements : - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Responsible,reliable and committed with customers centric mindset. - Experience in reservation/front office will be an advantage. - Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office application. Responsibilities : - Receiving and managing online room reservations,phone call reservations and walk-in guests. - Assist in pre registration and blocking of rooms for reservation. - Register guests and assigns . Accommodate guests requests whenever possible. - Responding promptly to all guest requests, enquiries and complaints. - Knews room locations type of room available and room rates. - Work closely with housekeeping team in co-ordinating room status updates such as late check-out,early check-in and guest\'s special requests.
