Job Description


  • Attending to all issues pertaining to the guest- GSM Log/Guest Feedback Form.
  • Ensuring the customer prior to the arrival is being property organized.
  • Check and approved all documents relates to the employee which includes but not limited to monthly duty roster, leave form, OT Form, appraisal.
  • Check and improve the staff grooming standard
  • Conduct regular meeting with all team member on monthly basis.
  • Check and ensure the asset within department custody is property taken care and in working condition.

  • Malay (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
