TUN FATIMAH RIVERSIDE HOTEL (PRIHATIN GROUP OF COMPANY) Job Title : FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT Department : FRONT OFFICE Reports to : FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR (or as per directed by Management) Job Purpose :

  • Responsible include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.
  • Responsible for verifying that all revenue and expenses were claimed, preparing reports for the next day\'s work, including reconciling accounts at a high level of detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Expected job task and responsibilities)
  • Primary Functions
  • To work on 24 hours shifts
  • Attend all incoming calls and emails with manners
  • Handle Hotel system
  • To prepare night audit reports
  • Performing all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Managing online and phone reservations
  • Informing customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card data
  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Respond to clients\xe2\x80\x99 complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • To liaise with Housekeeping Department and Maintenance Department
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
  • Assist with filing and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Keep reception area clean and welcoming
  • Able to multi task
  • Secondary\xe2\x80\x99s Functions:
  • Any other job functions as directed by Management from time to time.
