Job Description
Requirement : Candidate must posses at least: SPM level Computer literate Willing to work on shift Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and can speak English Good communication skills. Good time management No experience are courage to apply Responsibilities : Greet guest with a smile and maintain friendly and pleasant expression. Acknowledge about guest check in and check out procedures. Efficiently check in and check out guest. Acknowledge about room rates, packages and promotion. Know the different facilities and services available in the hotel and be ready to describe the details to the guest when asked.
