Job Description
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate with 2-3 years working experiences in the related field will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a friendly approach and well groomed.
- Enjoy providing top services towards customers.
- Must be responsible, hardworking and have pleasant personality.
- Ability to work on shift, long hours, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Able to work independently
- Handles Front Desk operations of handling arrivals, Check-ins (registration) and departures for check-outs (cashiering) of all the hotel guests
- Understand guest needs and preferences and provide the necessary assistance to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.
- Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
- Be familiar with the hotel\'s products and services and policies.
- Support and embrace the spirit of "Team Work".
