Responsibilities for outlet supervisor: -Take ownership and accountability for driving operational excellence in outlet. -Inspire outlet teams to meet and exceed performance standards. -Acts as mentor for the teams, able to motivate others to achieve results. -Communicate effectively with peers, manager, and management. -Develop plans to address key business issues, and utilizes plans to impact business and achieve desired results. -Be able to influence others to gain support to achieve goals and complete tasks. -Recruit and develop leader. -Handle employee relations matter with HR support
