About the Role
We are looking for am experience Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team in Perai, Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure proper labeling, wrapping, and dispatch of goods. Assist with inbound receiving, stock replenishment, and inventory checks. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs. Operate warehouse equipment. Support team leads and supervisors with other warehouse tasks as required.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Previous warehouse/fulfillment experience is an added advantage but not mandatory. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus! Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks (lifting, standing, moving goods). Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work in Perai, Penang. Able to work overtime, weekends, or shifts if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
