Requirements
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help us build and scale digital tools that redefine how people buy property. If you're excited about working in a fast-moving startup environment where your code directly impacts on the user experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Solid experience in full-stack web development (2+ years preferred)
Comfortable with both frontend (HTML/CSS/JS/React or Vue) and backend (Node.js, Express, or similar)
Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.)
Familiar with deployment on cloud services (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.)
Strong sense of ownership, you care about both code quality and user experience
Eager to experiment, take feedback, and iterate quickly
Bonus: Experience in property tech, real estate, or developing B2C/B2B platforms
Bonus: Familiarity with video, 3D, or virtual tour integration
Responsibilities
Build and maintain our web platforms
Develop and improve features related to virtual property viewing, lead management, and real-time communication
Work across the full stack: React (or Vue), Node.js (or similar), REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and deployment
Collaborate closely with design, product, and sales teams to understand user needs and deliver seamless UX
Integrate third-party tools such as chat systems, analytics, CRMs, and video walkthroughs
Write clean, scalable code and perform regular debugging, testing, and performance optimization
Help shape the future of our tech stack and development workflow
