  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in both Mandarin (oral) and English & Bahasa Malaysia (written)
  • Efficient in independently completing tasks

  • Handle customer inquiries via emails/messages
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims status
  • Complete administrative tasks, including filing paperwork and forms
  • Regularly update customer database
