Job Description

Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial, Management or a related field.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia but able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage

Minimum 1-2 years' experience of administrator

Quick learner and excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Willing to work on weekends and provide business talk at evening time hours. (depending on the situation and business needs).

Key Responsibilities:



Responsible for day-to-day operation functions of administration.

Answering and directing phone calls

Scheduling appointments and meetings

Manage and handle documents, including preparation, filing and organizing.

Drafting emails, memos, and reports

Be responsible for tasks assigned by supervisor(s).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
