• Meet or exceed established sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams across various functions.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance the companyxe2x80x99s competitive edge.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Malay or Bahasa (C1 level) and English (C1 level).
• A well-established portfolio of active FX clients with the capability to expand the network rapidly.
• Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales objectives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and CFD trading.
• Strong aptitude for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Proven experience in the Forex industry (3xe2x80x934 years) and an active client portfolio.
• A Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
