Deliver prompt customer support to the gamers via various channels (calls, email, live chat) with professionalism and efficiency.
Analyze and report game\'s malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Gather gamer\'s feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support and adhere to company policies and performance indicators
