What You'll Do:
? Lead and manage the cold kitchen team
? Ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes for events
? Control food costs, labor, and wastage
? Develop menus in collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine
? Train and mentor team members on culinary techniques
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior culinary role (Cold Kitchen expertise preferred)
Strong leadership & people management skills
Proficient in Bahasa Melayu & English
Passionate about culinary excellence & team development
