As the biggest medical and healthcare products supplier with more than 20 Homecare chain stores in Malaysia, we are committed to provide people of all ages with premium products at fair prices. Our wide product range covers durable medical equipment to pain management, hypertension to diabetic care, aids for daily living to mobility products, wellness equipment to incontinence products, and many more. We are looking for a competent General Admin to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our offices. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing, documentations to basic bookkeeping. The goal is to help maintain smooth office operations. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform clerical and general administrative work such as filling and data entry.
  • Assist in daily accountings and finance function, including undertaking basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
  • Assist in inventory management.
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures.
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidate must possess at least STPM/Diploma/Advance Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Meticulous and have sense of responsibility.
  • Initiative, reliable and processes positive attitude
  • Computer literate with knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Word.
