JOB FUNCTIONS:
To assist Managing Director (MD) in managing the human resources matters and administrative issues.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Food Safety member
2. To coordinate and maintain all administrative record keeping
3. To update monthly staff attendance and leave
4. To update monthly expenses on staff medical claim
5. License updates with local authorities and government grant (e.g. MBSA)
6. To supervise inventory of stationery, uniforms and boots
7. To prepare Delivery Order (DO) and Invoice as per Purchase Order (PO) received from Sales staff
8. To arrange the delivery of product to be sent by the Driver
9. To do accounting job; salary arrangement and staff welfare collection
10. To do company payment transaction (e.g. utilities payment; UNIFI, water & electricity)
11. To maintain office and production facility and keep record of the health of our employee and reporting of their general behavior
12. HACCP certificate holder is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
