Answering phones, taking messages, and directing inquiries.
Handling and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
Filing and maintaining accurate paperwork and electronic records.
Preparing routine reports, documents, and correspondence.
Data entry into databases, spreadsheets, and other software.
Ad-hoc (Vending Machines Sales):
Operating vending machines systems.
Managing vending machines supplies and ensuring the display is fully stocked.
Monitor sales of vending machines.
Assisting with basic reporting such as ordering stocks, transfer stocks to Group pantries, follow-up with Pantries stock level.
Support and Coordination:
Scheduling vending machines & pantries stock management.
Providing support to other departments, if needed.
Assisting with preparing sales reports, invoices for pantry & stock take for storage.

Crucial for accurate record-keeping, data entry, and proofreading.

Requirements:
SPM/Certificate level :
SPM or Certificate level is a standard educational requirement.
Microsoft Office Suite:
Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other office programs is essential for tasks like word processing and data entry.
The ability to organize tasks, manage schedules, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment is a key requirement.
