  • Verifying Shift Reports and System Reconciliation.
  • Managing car park stock items and car park consumable items.
  • Assist in conducting system audits
  • Office Admin & report compilation
  • Coordinate and organize with various departments pertaining matters directly and indirectly related to Car Park.
  • Provides secretarial and administrative support including correspondence, events, coordination and communications for car park.
  • Responsible in preparing daily & monthly management car park reports, outgoing correspondence and memos for internal and external departments or companies.
  • Overall managed and oversee the entire department\'s administrative matters i.e. checking staff\'s overtime form, punch card and leave applications.
  • Schedule appointment and maintained Car Park operation calendar; assist Manager with special projects as needed including public relation, marketing and liaison with local authorities.
  • Takes minutes of Car Park Operation meeting and handling confidential matters with utmost discretion.
  • Compiling all relevant and urgent documents that need Manager/Assistant Manager attention and signature before proceeds for further action.
  • Check the follow up folder for any pending matter that needs further attention and follow up on the documentations flow.
  • Checking invoices and prepares the payments requisition for car park department.
  • Perform any related duties and special tasks as assigned by the superiors.
