Job Description


ADMIN/ASSISTANT ACCOUNT/GENERAL CLERK

  • Provide general administrative and clerical job such as data entry, mailing, scanning and copying.
  • Handle day to day matters for administration process.
  • Manage filing system and correspondence records.
  • Know how to make invoice, delivery order, purchase order
  • Prepare delivery materials based on site requirement by site supervisor
  • have knowledge for accounts handling such as apply banking facility form, bank reconciliation and bank transactions.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
  • Able to multitask in various department when required
  • Fast learner person
* . Required minimum 1 years of working experience in the admin or accounts field . Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
