Provide general administrative and clerical job such as data entry, mailing, scanning and copying.
Handle day to day matters for administration process.
Manage filing system and correspondence records.
Know how to make invoice, delivery order, purchase order
Prepare delivery materials based on site requirement by site supervisor
have knowledge for accounts handling such as apply banking facility form, bank reconciliation and bank transactions.
To perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
