- Plan, implement and administer an ongoing service and maintenance program
- Do regular checks and upkeep of all air-conditioning units as and when required
- Understand the electrical and mechanical systems of the hotel in order to efficiently maintain the system
- Perform general maintenance (including painting works, repairs of furniture and equipment) of the hotel as and when necessary and required
-Ensure that any tests and inspections required on hotel properly and equipment by statutory authorities are carried out as and when required and that all records and documentation associated with such tests and surveys are correctly kept and/or displayed. Ensure that the hotel fulfils all compliance requirements
- Responsible for event PA system arrangement
- Any ad hoc task required from management time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
