GETO GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION TECH MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is a subsidiary of a public listed company from China, specializing in Aluminum Formwork System. In line with our business expansion in Asia region, we are seeking for suitable PA to GM to join our organization.

What will your role be

• Familiar with enterprise business and operation process;
• Strong leadership skills and talents in team management;
• Have a strong understanding of marketing;
• Have a keen market perception, and the ability to grasp market dynamics and market direction;
• Familiar with foreign trade procedures;
• Broad knowledge, comprehensive knowledge structure, rich industry experience, and management experience;
• Have a high comprehensive quality and be able to quickly master various knowledge related to the company's business;
• Familiar with the overall operation of the enterprise, the management of the enterprise, and the workflow of each department.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in related field. Hardworking, confidence and traveling are required.
• Strong coordination skills ability to communicate and articulate to get things done, a strong sense of responsibility, and independence.
• At least 2- 3 years of experience in corporate administration management in related industries, and more than 2 years of experience in related positions.
• Familiar with the foreign trade business process and all links, knowledge of the terms and conditions for foreign trade contracts, know the matters needing attention in signing foreign trade contracts, and knowledge on prevention of foreign trade risks.
• Salary: position salary, subject to negotiation
• Mandarin Speaker is a pre-requisite as need to liaise with China HQ
• Required Languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (Verbal & Written).
