Golden Jaguar Jewellery is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented
General Manager (GM)
to lead the entire organization, ensuring excellence across all departments including eCommerce, retail operations, sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service. The GM will drive strategic growth, oversee day-to-day operations, monitor KPIs across teams, and ensure efficient workflows that align with the company's values and premium brand positioning in the luxury jewellery sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
Develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals
Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities across local and international markets
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy
Company-Wide Operational Management
Oversee daily operations across all departments (eCommerce, retail, logistics, finance, customer service, HR, etc.)
Ensure efficient, cross-functional collaboration and strong communication between teams
Establish and refine internal processes to maximize productivity and efficiency
Performance Monitoring & KPI Management
Define, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for all departments and staff
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with company objectives
Prepare and present comprehensive monthly/quarterly business performance reports to leadership
Sales & Revenue Management
Lead revenue growth initiatives across both digital and physical channels
Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
Oversee P&L management and financial reporting
People & Culture Leadership
Lead, mentor, and support staff across departments, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Set clear performance expectations and support professional development initiatives
Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment in line with the brand's values
Digital & Brand Management
Oversee the company's digital presence, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align branding, messaging, and campaign strategies
Ensure best-in-class customer experience across all digital and retail touchpoints
Technology & Infrastructure Oversight
Ensure operational tools and systems (eCommerce platform, POS, CRM, ERP, etc.) are running efficiently
Lead technological upgrades to support business growth and improve the customer journey
Maintain data security, system reliability, and ease of use across platforms
Who We're Looking For :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 7-10 years of leadership experience, ideally within luxury retail, jewellery, or high-end consumer goods
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive cross-functional alignment
Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to execute with attention to detail
Proficient in business operations, finance, digital marketing, and retail management
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Adaptable, data-driven, and passionate about continuous improvement and customer experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Bandar Botanic: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
