Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations including ticketing, reservations, and holiday packages
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators
Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure high performance
Monitor industry trends and introduce new travel products
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure client satisfaction
Oversee budgets, reports, and compliance with travel regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism or related field (preferred)
Minimum 5 years' experience in travel agency or tourism management or related
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage budgets
