Our client, a leading player in the property development and investment industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join their Contracts & Procurement Management team. This role is responsible for overseeing contracts administration, procurement activities, and tender exercises for the company and its subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities: . Manage contracts administration and negotiation for the company\'s projects and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles and quality plans. . Oversee all tender exercises and procurement activities, including insurance policies and construction cost estimates. . Develop and maintain a central register of consultants, contractors, and project management companies. . Manage the Southern and Northern regions\' subsidiaries, including progress reporting, project profitability, and adherence to quality plans. . Formulate and manage business plans, marketing and sales plans, and liaise with Government Authorities to procure development approvals. Qualifications: . A recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract & Quality Management, Real Estate Management or equivalent. . Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and oral. . Minimum 15 years of working experience in the property development or investment industry, with at least 7 years in quantity surveying or contract administration matters. . Strong leadership qualities, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
