Position: General Manager
Location: Lutong, Miri, Sarawak
Reports to: CEO
Overview:
The General Manager will oversee and coordinate the operations of all outlet under RH One Group. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, driving continuous improvement and achieving financial targets while reporting directly to the owner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity and profitability across all outlets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
2. Operational Oversight:
Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
Coordinate with outlet managers to streamline operations and resolve challenges.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Financial Management:
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and optimize profitability.
4. Team Management and Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff across all outlets to achieve business goals.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
5. Customer Experience and Quality Control:
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Know and understand what are client's best interest.
6. Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities or gap for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Drive initiatives for innovation and growth across all outlets.
Implement best practices to optimize operational workflows and reduce costs.
7. Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Oversee social media and community engagement activities.
8. Reporting and Analysis
Review reports from all departments, including finance, HR and marketing.
Analyze data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Summarize key insight and strategic recommendations for CEO's review.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a senior management role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent financial acumen and strategic planning abilities.
Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Preferred Experience:
Experience managing multiple outlets or business units.
Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences.
