Heading/intro:
A General Manager position is available with one of Malaysia\'s homegrown names within the food ingredients industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Holding overall leadership of the company, you will be responsible for driving P&L.
- Ensure that operations are consistent with the group vision, objectives and goals.
- Managing the team with pillars within retail, food service and distributor management.
- Development and implementation of strategic plan to ensure steady year-on-year growth.
- Identify areas of improvement in distributor management and sales operations.
- Working with the Marketing team to ensure competitive product development.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 10 years of experience within the food ingredients industry.
- Previous experience in managing P&L in a medium sized business. (between 20 -50 total headcount)
- Sales or Marketing background within the food ingredients industry.
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field.
