• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in the similar capacity with proven experience in managing a strategic business unit or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business improvement strategies and practices.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Problem solver and critical thinker mindset.
• Prefer someone from manufacturing industry.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin due to business requirements.
• Able to travel to overseas from time to time.

Tanggungjawab

• Actively involve in business improvement efforts to drive growth and enhance profitability.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) ensuring efficient and smooth functioning.
• Design and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain budgets, optimizing expenses to maximize profitability.
• Set policies and processes for the SBU, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Evaluate and continuously improve operations and financial performance.
• Prepare regular reports for top management, providing updates on the SBU\'s performance and progress towards goals.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through research and analysis.
• Improve revenue and profit margin through strategic initiatives.
• Identify and cut down unnecessary expenses to improve cost efficiency.
• Produce accurate monthly and quarterly sales performance reports for management.
• Establish conducive working and interaction relationship within the Company as well as with clients, authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth and efficient operation of projects.
