Leads HR strategy and operations to ensure the recruitment, development and retention of high-quality staff.
Develop HR policies aligned with university goals.
Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and performance management.
Implement training and talent development programs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and best practices.
Drive employee engagement and organisational culture.
Requirements:
Master / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
Minimum 10 - 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR management role.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act, and HR best practices.
